Our complaints procedure

We aim to provide a high standard of service at all times. If you are unhappy with any aspect of the service you have received from MLC Immigration Lawyers, we want to hear about it so we can put things right.

How to complain

In the first instance, please contact us in writing at info@mlcimmigration.com or by post to City View House, 5 Union Street, Ardwick, Manchester M12 4JD, setting out the details of your complaint. We will acknowledge your complaint and aim to resolve it as quickly as possible.

If we cannot resolve your complaint

As an OISC-authorised adviser (Registration No. F201200657), we are bound by the OISC Code of Standards. If you remain unhappy after our internal process, you may raise your complaint directly with the Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner (OISC).
